Proxy API and integration docs
Connect any HTTP or SOCKS5 client with one host and one login per network, choose locations and sessions with keys in the user name, and manage plans with the REST API.
Hosts and ports
Each network has one host. HTTP and HTTPS share the first port, SOCKS5 uses the second. The user name and password come from the plan in your dashboard and are the same for both protocols.
| Network | Host | HTTP(S) | SOCKS5 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Residential proxies | res.proxyhive.cc | 7000 | 7001 |
| Mobile proxies | mob.proxyhive.cc | 7100 | 7101 |
| Static ISP proxies | isp.proxyhive.cc | 8000 | 8001 |
| Datacenter proxies | dc.proxyhive.cc | 7200 | 7201 |
Static ISP plans list every address with its own port instead of a shared host: connect to ip:port with the plan's user name and password.
User name keys
Keys are appended to your user name with hyphens and can be combined in any order. Without keys a rotating plan returns a random address in any country.
| Key | What it does | Networks |
|---|---|---|
| country-us | Two letter ISO country code. | Residential, mobile, datacenter |
| state-texas | A US state or first level region. | Residential |
| city-new_york | A city, lowercase, spaces as underscores. | Residential, mobile |
| carrier-tmobile | One mobile carrier, lowercase, no spaces. | Mobile |
| session-a1b2c3 | Keeps one IP for the session, 6 to 10 letters or digits. | Residential, mobile, datacenter |
| ttl-30 | Minutes a session holds its IP, 1 to 1,440. Default 10. | Residential, mobile, datacenter |

Code samples
Replace USER and PASS with the login of your plan. The samples send one request through the gateway and print the answer.
curl -x res.proxyhive.cc:7000 -U "USER-country-us:PASS" \ https://example.com
