The basics

What is a static ISP proxy?

A static ISP proxy is a fixed IP address that is registered to a residential internet provider but hosted on a server. Targets see a home ISP's address, you get the speed of a server, and the address stays the same for as long as you hold it. Because you hold the address instead of borrowing a home line, it is billed per IP with unlimited bandwidth.

Features

What is included

Every feature below comes with every plan of this product, at no extra cost.

One address for the whole term

Every IP stays assigned to you for 30 days, which keeps a logged in account looking like the same person returning.

Unlimited bandwidth

Nothing meters traffic. A job that moves 5 GB or 5 TB through the same 20 addresses costs the same.

Server speed

The addresses live on servers in carrier grade data centers, so latency and throughput are close to datacenter proxies.

Three clean grades

Shared IPs are the entry level, private IPs are yours alone, and virgin IPs have never been sold to anyone before you.

HTTP and SOCKS5

Each IP answers on its own port with your user name and password, for HTTP and for SOCKS5.

Export in any format

Copy or download the full list as ip:port:user:pass, user:pass@ip:port or plain URLs for your browser profiles or tools.

FAQ

Static ISP proxies: questions and answers

How much do static ISP proxies cost?
Shared IPs are $0.60, private IPs $1.50 and virgin IPs $2.70 per IP for 30 days, with unlimited bandwidth. Plans start at 50 shared IPs ($30.00) or 20 private IPs ($30.00).
What is the difference between shared, private and virgin IPs?
Shared IPs are used by up to three customers. Private IPs are yours alone for the term. Virgin IPs are private and have never been sold before, so no earlier customer has left a history on them.
Do static ISP proxies rotate?
No. Each IP stays the same for the full 30 days. If you need a new address on every request, use rotating residential proxies.
Which countries have static ISP proxies?
Static ISP proxies are available in 11 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan and Canada. The locations page shows each one.
Is bandwidth really unlimited?
Yes. ISP plans are billed per address, so there is no GB counter. Fair use only means one IP is not resold as a public proxy.
Which protocols are supported?
HTTP and SOCKS5. Every IP has its own port and accepts your user name and password.

When one steady address beats a large pool

Platforms remember where a logged in account comes from. An account that appears from a new address every few minutes looks automated; one that returns from the same home ISP every day looks like its owner. Static ISP proxies give each account its own residential address for weeks, which is why they are the standard for social media management, marketplace seller accounts and ad accounts.

They also suit long running jobs where an IP change would break the work, such as a dashboard session, an allow listed API or a monitoring check that must be comparable from run to run.

ISP proxies compared with residential and datacenter proxies

A rotating residential proxy borrows a real home line and changes address as you go; it is billed per GB. A datacenter proxy is fast and static, but its address belongs to a hosting company, which any target can see. A static ISP proxy sits between them: the address is registered to an internet provider like a home line, it does not change, and it runs at server speed with no traffic meter.

Planning how many IPs you need

The usual rule is one IP per account or per browser profile, plus a few spares. For scraping with a fixed set of addresses, divide the requests per minute your target tolerates from one address into your total rate. Plans start at 50 shared, 20 private or 12 virgin IPs, so every plan is at least $30.
