Every plan costs at least $30. The smallest plans are 60 GB residential, 15 GB mobile, 120 GB datacenter and 50 shared ISP IPs.

Yes, on your first top-up: +10% from $100, +15% from $300, +20% from $500 and +25% from $1,000. The bonus is added to credit together with the payment.

No. Credit stays on your account until you use it. Credit cannot be withdrawn to a wallet; refunds always go back to credit.

HTTP and HTTPS on one port and SOCKS5 on a second port of the same host, with the same user name and password. Static ISP IPs support HTTP and SOCKS5.

Add keys to the user name: country-de for Germany, city-berlin for a city, state-texas for a US state. Keys can be combined in any order.

Add session-<id> to the user name to keep one IP, and ttl-<minutes> to say how long, from 1 to 1,440 minutes. Without a session key every request gets a new IP.

No. Rotating plans have unlimited concurrent sessions; you pay only for traffic.

Upload and download through the proxy both count, measured in gigabytes of 1,024 MB. The dashboard shows the traffic left on every plan.

Yes. Anything that supports HTTP or SOCKS5 proxies works: browsers, antidetect browsers, cURL, Python, Node.js, Scrapy, Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium and most automation tools.

The token is the only key to the account and is stored only as a hash, so it cannot be recovered or shown again. Keep the .txt file somewhere safe.

Anything illegal, including fraud, spam, attacks, account takeover, accessing systems without permission and collecting personal data without a legal basis. The full list is in our terms of service.

If a purchase cannot be set up, nothing is charged. If a plan stops working through our fault, the unused part is returned to credit, as the refund policy explains.
