Refund policy

Refunds always go back to account credit, never to a wallet. This keeps refunds instant and lets you use the value on another plan.
1. Failed purchases
If a plan cannot be set up when you buy it, nothing is charged. The price stays in your credit.
2. Plans that stop working
If a plan stops working because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, the unused traffic or the unused days are returned to credit at the price you paid.
3. Used traffic
Traffic that has been used is not refunded, including traffic used on websites that refused some requests.
4. Credit and bonuses
Credit cannot be withdrawn. Bonus credit is not refundable.
5. Payments
If a crypto payment arrives with a different amount, on another network or after the payment window closed, it is reviewed and the confirmed value is added to credit.
