Terms of service
Last updated on November 5, 2026
These terms apply to every account, plan and API key on proxyhive.cc. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them.
1. The service
ProxyHive gives you access to proxy networks: rotating residential, mobile and datacenter traffic sold by the gigabyte, and static ISP addresses sold per IP for 30 days. Plans are bought from account credit.
Pool sizes, country lists and speeds on our pages describe the network as it is when you read them. They can change as addresses join and leave the network.
2. Accounts
An account is one access token made in your browser. We store only a hash of it, so we cannot recover a lost token. Keep it private: anyone with the token can use the account.
One person or company may hold several accounts for separate projects. Accounts made to abuse limits or bonuses can be closed.
3. Credit and payments
Credit is added with crypto through our payment window, from $30 to $5,000 per payment ($20 minimum in lower income countries). Your first top-up can carry a bonus that is added to credit with the payment.
Credit does not expire, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be withdrawn to a wallet.
4. Plans and traffic
Pay as you go traffic stays on a plan until it is used. Monthly plans and static ISP plans run for 30 days from the purchase; unused traffic or time ends with the plan.
Traffic is counted in gigabytes of 1,024 MB, upload and download together.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for anything illegal or harmful, including fraud, phishing, spam, credential stuffing, account takeover, attacks on networks, distributing malware, accessing systems without permission, infringing intellectual property, or collecting personal data without a legal basis.
You may not resell access as a public proxy. We may suspend a plan or an account that breaks these rules, without refund of the traffic used for the abuse.
6. Availability
We work to keep the gateways online and the pools healthy, but individual addresses can go offline at any time, and some websites may refuse some addresses. A refused request is not a fault of the service.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
