We keep as little as we can. This page lists what we store, why we store it and how long we keep it.
1. What we store
Account: a hash of your access token, an encrypted copy used only to identify the account in our payment alerts, the account code, credit balance, creation date and the IP address, device type and language seen at sign up.
Plans: the plans you bought, their logins, traffic used and expiry dates.
Payments: amounts, coins, networks, transaction references and status, kept by our payment server.
2. What we do not store
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or password. We do not store the content of pages you load through the proxies.
3. Why we store it
To run your account and plans, to credit payments, to stop abuse of limits and bonuses, and to answer legal requests that we are required to answer.
4. Cookies
We use one sign in cookie, one cookie for your language choice and one first visit source cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. How long we keep it
Account and payment records are kept while the account exists and as long as accounting rules require afterwards. Deleted accounts are anonymized.
6. Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time. To have an account anonymized, its credit must be zero and it must have no active plans.
